Cville Materials is the manufacturing arm of Cellular Materials International (CMI). For over 10 years, CM's people have been actively designing, engineering, and building structures and equipment for the research and development needs of government agencies such as Homeland Security, Department of Transportation, Defense Department, and a number of private companies that have a need to solve engineering problems. Because of our past, we have a large knowledge base and experience and equipment to design and fabricate any metal based materials. Railings, stairs and gates have become an important part of our business, our skill set has provided us with the ability to do projects that are unusual and unique in design, building items that others may not be willing to try.
Mr. Elzey has over 30 years manufacturing experience in electronics, bio-medical equipment and metal fabrication. Mr. Elzey has served these various industries as a fabricator, product engineer, sales engineer and as a manufacturing engineer. Mr. Elzey is responsible for the CM manufacturing facility and product fabrication. He contributes to design functionality and manufacturability and serves as lead engineer for various projects.

Doug Long received his B.S. Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University in 1988. Mr. Long is Senior Engineer at CM, responsible for solid model development, cellular material design, and product fabrication documentation using SolidWorks CAD/CAM software. Mr. Long is the liaison between the R&D and Manufacturing teams and helps guide/create the fabrication processes and activities that impact product quality. His technical and teamwork skills have been instrumental in the company's growth and success since joining CM in 2004.
